Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By accessing our online pharmacy or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Sedbergh is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy clinic (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management services and prescription medicines to patients in Sedbergh and the surrounding area. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and all applicable UK pharmaceutical law.

We reserve the right to decline or suspend services to any individual who does not meet our eligibility criteria or who provides false information. Eligibility for specific weight loss treatments will be assessed on an individual clinical basis by our pharmacist prescriber.
All prescription medicines dispensed by us require a valid prescription issued following a clinical assessment. By completing our online consultation form, you consent to a pharmacist reviewing your medical information to determine suitability for treatment.
We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following consultation. Our pharmacist prescriber retains full clinical discretion to approve, decline, or recommend an alternative treatment. Prescriptions issued are valid only for the individual named and must not be shared with others.
You are responsible for ensuring that all medical information provided is accurate and up to date. Failure to disclose relevant medical history may affect the safety of your treatment and may constitute a breach of these terms.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order will apply to that transaction. We will not fulfil an order where payment has not been successfully processed.
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery timescales may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays or adverse weather. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
Medicines are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive or signed-for items. We cannot be held responsible for medicines that are not received due to an incorrect delivery address being provided.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and medicines dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds in accordance with medicines legislation and GPhC guidance.
If your consultation results in a declined prescription, you will receive a refund of the medicine cost. Any consultation fee, where charged, is non-refundable as it covers the clinical assessment provided.
In the event of a dispensing error on our part, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy in line with our complaints procedure.
Our services are intended to complement, not replace, the care of your GP or other healthcare providers. Information provided through our platform is for guidance purposes only and does not constitute a substitute for professional medical advice.
We strongly encourage you to inform your regular GP that you are receiving weight loss treatment through our service. You must contact a healthcare professional immediately if you experience any adverse effects or unexpected symptoms.
We process your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
